Complaint,
having received no new appt, for CT scan, following three previous cancellations, i today attempted to telephone relevant dept, without success. No answer early afternoon. Sent email to Hospital in form of complaint. Shortly thereafter, received text, am expected at Hospital on 31st. Contacted Pals, switched to Imaging dept, then informed her colleague had attempted to contact me over a week ago on home phone, and mobile. No message on my mobile at all. During this conversation was informed i also now have appt on 29th Oct. Also letter had been sent on 24th, have not received any letter. What is going, ? on where it is impossible to get a the telephone answered in CT dept, or to be kept upto date on ongoing issues. Has taken me time and effort to elicit the fact i now have two seperate appts in a phone conversation, no text message or official letter.
