Hello, I am sending this from Anthony Fl. Many locals in South Texas and many national environmental groups are angry about the possibility of the proposed wall segments being in wildlife refuges such as the National Butterfly Refuge near McAllen Texas. How would you guys respond?.

Hello. I am emailing from Florida. I've read on news articles that many south Texas residents and national wildlife groups are concerned about the possibility of the six miles of border wall being built in popular public wildlife refuges such as the 100 acre National Butterfly Center near McAllen Texas. Is it possible you guys can instead put poles with security cameras, lookout posts for border patrol officers to be stationed, and even hire soldiers to guard the wildlife refuges? I've heard that lands that aren't wildlife refuges are much more likely to be crossed by illegal immigrants and the segments should be built there. Is it possible to put holes in the bottom of the wall that are big enough for a cat called the ocelot to fit through, but too small for a human?.
