Thé THIRD Ref 243CRZ250418 for my pre-paid land line fault report. Every time I try to trace the fault it say: RESOLVE. YOUR technicians from Open and Serve never come to my house to sort out the problems. This kind of punishments are not good. Please correct this. Even the way my line is connected to the house is very ridiculous.

On the 6th of July 2018, I had the privilege to be selected and received a new house landline phone called best choice wireless, and have inserted the SIM card as requested by still showing me the message that the SIM is invalid. Since the past three weeks ago I have been calling telkom call center for help I have received different kind of information and none of them has been correct. I took the phone to telkom shop not solution. So I do not know what I can do can I have help from someone who understand what he/she is doing at telkom desk?
