Hello Standard Bank. I have phoned and phoned and have gone from department to department with no help. I have emailed and emailed no reply. I have an account with Standard Bank. ID NO 6107310744187

As I have not used my account over six months as I am in the UK I was told that it has been blocked. I was in need of funds to help with my Dads funeral in Zimbabwe and I could not draw any money. I was then told to email :internet banking @standard bank to get a on time pin to reinstate my card and account. I was not aware that am account would be blocked when not used for six months. I emailed my card and my ID on the 11/05. 2018 to information @ standard bank and also on the 4th April 2018. I travelled to South Africa on the 5th April and could not even draw any money. I am worried that my details may be used. Please can you reinstate my card as I have the pin which I can use to draw the money here in the UK as I have done before. My dear disabled Mother needs some help. I was able to draw money before allowing me to draw R6000 close to £300. Please can you respond to my plea please, this is my money which I worked hard for and am coming to Johannesburg every year and also want to transfer pounds every month. I was given my IBAN NUMBER and Swift code. Thank you

I need to adjust a monthly stop order on my std account which credits my wife's account with Absa. I can not make head or tail of the new internet banking page and I cannot confidently change the settings for the stop order. Please email me a set of instructions on how to achieve an alteration to the amount which is sent to my wife's account each month. I am getting desperate as the due date for the transfer has passed. All I need is some instruction on your new internet banking page on how to increase monthly transfers to my wife's ABSA account. I have asked for written instructions. A response was promised in 48 hrs. In frustration I phoned your London office only to connected to a line which was US. A second phone call got me a connection which was invalid and a third phone call gave me a phone number 0116319111 which was unobtainable as was the phone number For your Isle of Man branch. I'll try your Jersey branch before I have to close my Account.
