We were able to acquire blank forms for verification and updating and sent it to him in the United States, but when we submitted those documents, another forms arrived for additional requirements and another forms after the others. So by year 2009 he decided to come home because of health problems )ALZHEIMERS DISEASE). Before coming home to Mindanao he presented himself at the AFP Camp Crame for verification and some other formalities to resume his pending pension. His health became worse and on April 29, 2010 he passed away without enjoying again his AFP Pension.
