Hi, I am writing this complaint about my visit with Nurse practitioner Hungbo Li. I visited Hungbo Li in 2015 when I had irregular period. She did some tests and never mentioned anything back to me. My reports at that time were borderline to Premature Ovarian Failure. I didn't know about this until my reproductive endocronologist mentioned this to me in 2018. I think this is quite irresponsible for the RP to not mention my HIGH FSH levels. I would have done something about it back then when I had the chance. NP Hungbo Li did all the tests. I thought if the doctors see something alarmingly high it is their responsibility to let the patient know. She never contacted me about the test results. Now, I'm having to go through the whole process of IUI, IVF. If I knew it back then it would have been a completely different scenario. I think this is highly irresponsible and would like to know where I can lodge a formal complaint and would like to know how the hospital can resolve this issue.
