Dear Concern,
I have given my Swift Desire VDI(UK07BF-3024) car for the change of the front windshield to STAN AUTOS JALANDHAR PUNJAB )GT ROAD BRANCH) ON 26. 10. 2017. On 27. 10. 2017 i have received a message on my mobile number 9878155511 that the bill has been generated and the wind shield has been changed. The car is ready for delivery. Then I called up Mr Noble (Supervisor at Stan Autos Jalandhar) for when should i come to take the delivery of car, he said i can come on 28. 10. 2017 at 3. 30 Pm, , but this is very sad that the car was not repaired and Mr Noble asked me to come to stan autos on 29. 10. 2017. I went there and found that the windshield was not pasted property. There they requested that as due to sunday the work would be done on 29. 10. 2017 so the car was handed over to me on 31. 10. 2017. Today i Saw that the windshield was having a crack from inside. I understand no reason that why stan auto Jalandhar being the authorised service centre of Maruti, cant fix the wind sheild properly. Further there are many scratch marks on the dasboard of the car. The scratch was made by the employee who worked on the car at the time of replacement of the windshiled. I sort your cordination for early replacement of the wind shied and dash board. Regards,
