Hi my wife we're in Boracay for the second time, this last was our 25 th anniversary. Sjinks_86@hotmail.com. Res 119453872. The cost was $312. 00 Can from Feb 13/17 to Feb 16/17. It was suppose to be beach front room. Instead we were put across the road, ''tis was not what I ask for so they gave us room 105 third room from lounge. It was a small dirty room with towels so old they look gray. On our last morning Feb 16/17 having breakfast in the lounge at 6:30 am while putting jam on my toast a //////// Cockroach ran over my egggs and wafle I was so disgusted and angry. I complained to the floor manager, the cook wanted to cook me fresh food with 20 min left to go to the airport. The hotel manager offered me nothing in compensation for this appalling ordeal. I really expected to get some sort of financial compensation. ThNk you for your time and hopefully you can help.
