Hello this is not a complaint per-say, My ID number is 2889597. I just today Thursday 04/19/2018 received another email requesting documents "that have not been received" I have uploaded through the upload link, most of the requested documents twice and a few others once. I have put a in a lot of time gathering all the required documents, then scanning them into my laptop, then finding a program I can use to convert the documents to PDF format. This has been very time consuming and I have had to take time off work to be able to complete everything. Beginning Friday 4/13/2018 and end Monday 4/16/2018 I uploaded documents some of which were; 2017 W2'S, Hardship Letter, Employer profit/loss statement, SSI award letter for spouse, Wells Fargo Bank statements, 450T and several other document. After each upload I received a confirmation message that the upload was successful. Is there a way you can double check for my uploaded documents as the email I received today Thursday 4/19/2018 is stating they were not received. Your time in looking into and resolving this issue is greatly appreciated Thank You John P Shields.
