His name is Joshua Gripper he is in the news you just have to Google his name. He lives in Spartanburg SC. THIS problem needs to be taken care of. This is very serious to me.

I booked two rooms with holiday inn express stoke on trent for two seperate occasions. Unfortunately I was unable to use these rooms as I was in hospital due to an episode of my bipolar. I was under a section of the mental health act and had no access to e mail or phone to cancel the bookings. I was in hospital for five months. The first booking was around the 23/04/18 and the second around the 8/05/18. I have contacted the hotel directly and they have said they cannot refund. The first booking was for £214. 79 and the second was for £214. 70. I am a gold elite member no 892875684. I did ask for a refund or partial refund in the circumstances I was hoping that such a large company would be understanding however it seems that you are not. I am rather disappointed in your response. Thank you Gillian Davies.
