My wife went to The Jinnah International Airport to board flight to Dubai. She was told that the gates were closed. They broke my wife's trolley bag. My wife was booked on flight number FZO336 to Dubai. Transit to Kenya to Malawi. My wife is stranded in Karachi Pakistan.

My wife went to The Jinnah International Airport yesterday afternoon to board a flight to Dubai. She was told that the gates were closed. The officals of FlyDubai they broke my wife's trolley bag. My wife was booked on flight no FZO336 to Dubai intransit to Kenya to Malawi.

My wife went to The Jinnah International Airport on a Saturday afternoon to board a flight to Dubai. She was travelling to Kenya and Malawi. My wife was going to be intransit in Dubai. THe FlyDubai officals at The Jinnah International Airport. They said to my wife the gates are closed. In the process they broke my wife's trolley. She was refused to board the flight. The way, they treated my wife. This is not way to treat the passengers.
