The financial troubles were the obstacles for Brin and Page to made Google as public company. Google started offering its IPOs in 2003 and which boosted its total value of issued shares over $23 billion. It started its trades on the Nasdaq as GOOG.
Google made several acquisitions, which later on contributed to its consolidated growth and the expansions of its products list. It had acquired over 150 companies and services till 2014. After the Three years of its formation, Google purchased Pyra Labs, which was the founder of Blogger. Its owned Usenet Discussion Service from Deja.com to form Google Groups in 2001. In 2006, the company purchased YouTube, an online video site, which emerged as one of the most visited sites in the world. The purchase of JotSpot was in 2006 was the move of Google to hold the ground in the online document business.
