Senior Customer Service Rep, Athena Carter, answered my e-mail and kindly said my claim, received 2/27/18, was being processed. She said to allow ten days to process. It's a month later, and I'm hoping my claim has been resolved one way or another. Please let me know. Aloha, Janet G. Go .

I've contacted geha several times via phone and email requesting resolution to an unresolved issue from July 2018. I continuously get two different conflicting answers to my problem. I've requested the customer service individuals who provide information to escalate my issue to higher management individuals, but they steadfastly refuse to do so. In the meantime, a provider is unable to secure payment for a doctor-prescribed medical equipment item due to the miscommunication within geha departments. There seems to be no possible way I can resolve this problem. Dealing with the customer service is completely and utterly impossible.
