Knp brg sy xsmpai lagi. Sy tgk status ade di gdex Ipoh smlm pd 8. 54pg. Dan slm de van gdex msok kwasan prumahan sy and lngsung xberhenti utk menelefon sy jika xtau alamat. Sy dok tggu je org van gdex col. Tp hampas. Lalu mcm tue je. Mlm sy check LG status sy tiba2 'UNABLE TO LOCATE'. Pdhal sy ada di rumah smlm masa van gdex lalu.

We call for track our parcel from lazada. Your HQ staff -Petaling Jaya Ms Jamie from helpdesk is very helpful and do the best service for me. Very polite and good manner words she shows to me. Even my parcel almost two week ready no delivery done. Please send my great thankful to her. The others customer services people should follow the way Ms Jamie done.

Complaint. Cek status barang pada 11. Ogos. 2016, jam 12. 03pm barang dah out for delivery. Dalam pukul 4ptg-5ptg 11ogos van gdex lalu depan rumah, laju dan tak berhenti. Cek lagi skali status barang pd pukul 6ptg, UTCD - heavy rain. Abes yg tadi lori hanya lalu shj depan rumah tu tak bawak barang sy ke? Time lori tu lalu setitik hujan pun tak turun lagi.

Dah five hari tunggu barang x sampai2, setiap hari cek status ada out for delivery tapi bila petang je UTCD heavy rain la, others la. Ni ipoh branch ni banyak masalah ni. Klau next brg dari lazada pun gdex buat problem saya akan report pada tribunal khidmat pelanggan. Not to mention mmg nmpk van gdex jalan2 tpi x pulak singgah rumah.
