I was sent a package from Samsung Company worth $1000 and the driver did not deliver the package to me and I was home all day. And it was signature required and he doesn't have a signature. The signature that was there is mispelled, TSTEVEN is what was put in your system. First they said check with your neighbors, management office. One of your Reps actually said, they are not sure that I was telling the truth about whether I received my package. How dare your company accuse me of not telling the truth. Why would he give the package to anyone else when I was home? I have my own business and I am not making any money with no access to a phone and contacts. I need information on who I can write. I feel like there is no one on the customer side at all, I have spent two days on the phone between Samsung and FedEx. They also said he could be new and really didn't know where he was going, absolutely not It is simple to read a address and find the address. I do not know what you can do but, I do not have any hope at all. If you can do anything for me please have at it. My number is 646-387-8229. How many days do I have to wait for you to notify Samsung that I do not have that package so they can send me another one. Any assistance with this matter will be grateful. Thank you.
