Dear Sir and Madame, I would like to ask you a favor to help us to get confirmed seat for BR 028 TPE - SFO on 06Jan. 16 with PNR code is YWGUP8. My colleagues has booked wrong fly number for client prefer. If we upgrade them to Y class it is much extra pay and the client will not pay for other extra, so she will pay her own money for this case.
