I travelled to Ireland on 12th May and returned on 26th May, using the M50 Toll road. My account number with yourselves is 1066772661. My current car is a Red Ford Kuga Registration number EG17 EKB which I altered from my previous car YS13 JKU. I spoke to one of your colleagues earlier this year to inform them of the change and have an email noting this. I have since gone into my account, noticing the change, but have yet to be charged for these travels. I sent an email earlier this week, but have had no response. Bank account details for charging have not altered. Could you please look into this as I hope to travel again to Ireland again before the New Year.
