Hi,
I bought my edifier C2 speakers a while ago. Unfortunately, I lost my remote while shifting and now there is no way that I can get one. I tried calling the customer service here in Del but they haven't been able to resolve my problem. They gave me the contact numbers for the dealers here who would not sell just the remote. I need to buy the entire system if I need one. Now I am left with no choice, but to dump this because I do not want to take it to a unauthorised dealer and change the configuration for the remote. Really bad service in India. I was wondering if you could help me here. Nfortunately.
