EBenefits Contact number, Address, Customer Service

My case has not been resolved after I made several telephone calls to VBA regarding my entitlements for Compensation and Pension benefits. I retired from the US Air Force on November one, 1995 with over 27 years of military service. Upon my retirement, I was rated at 40% disability and received two checks each month: one for military retirement and another from the VA for $666. 00 as disability compensation pay. In October 2018, I was informed at I was over paid due to a policy change that took place in 2004 which states that Veterans with a rating of 50% or more are entitled to receive two checks. Why am I being punished after twenty years or more of receiving two checks? No one from the VBA can explain to me why those who were receiving two checks should have been exempted from this policy. Please help me resolve this very important matter before I take it up with my congressman. Regards, .
