Hi,
I am a class teacher at Brooklands Primary School, Long Eaton. Part of my role entails me being in charge of our School Council. I know this is a bit of an out there thing to ask, but, we need to get to Parliament on Monday 11th February for 9:00am (we would be travelling from Long Eaton to London St Pancras). I know that East Midlands Trains are a significant part of the community and I wondered if you could give us any sort of discount for approximately 22 children and five adults to travel both ways. To visit Parliament is such a brilliant opportunity for our children, and one which they are unlikely to experience again. I am passionate about ensuring the children get to Parliament for as little money as possible, as I truly believe it would benefit them in so many ways. My School Council really deserve this opportunity, more than any other group of children I have ever met. Do you think there is any way you could help? Please email me on: sophie. Mchale@brooklands. Derbyshire. Sch. Uk
Kind Regards,
Sophie Mchale .

I have completed a claim form due to my training being over two hours late due to signal failure at St Albans on the 30th December 2018 which resulted in myself and my daughter missing the Eurostar connection to Lille France, but I cannot put this through on your claim form as the arriving station is not covered by EMT. I had to upgrade ours tickets so we could travel on the 18. 04 train from St Pancras to Lille Europe costing an additional £78. 00 which was the earliest train we could book on which resulted in our arrival into Lille at 20. 26 local time. We were only staying one night so as you can imagine we had lost Friday evening as the Christmas market we were visiting closed at 21. 00. I have also put through a claim for the return train journey from St Pancras to East Midlands Parkway as this was delayed an hour due to another signal failure at Bedford. Please let me have an email address so I can attach all the tickets and boarding passes so you can review my claim. Many thanks, Kind regards, Marilyn Plummer .
