So i went to have dinner at a Dickies location in Draper Utah with my wif and kids last saturday November the 5th between the hours of 8:20pm and 9pm and we ordered 3sides of mash potatoes for the kids and two plates bothe of the with half rack of ribs of of them with mashpotatoes and the other one with macarroni and cheese. When i went home with my family we all went to bed and two hrs later i could hear my baby paco jr trying to cough he is only one year old so i got up and went to check on him as soon as i got him up he start to vomit the food we gave him from that Dickies place he was chocking himself while he was asleep. One hr later my wife and i start to vomit really bad and dhiarrea also. She vomit do bad until sunday morning like at 9pm. She was realy weak and really mad. But that's not it i kept vomiting all sunday and had diarrhea so bad all sunday and monday. I had to go to the clinic and they told me i had food poisoning, but they said they couldnt do anything about it becuase i need it to get rid off of all the bad stuffs that was in my stomach so they only gave me a pill for nausea and told i had to drink plenty of water becauae i was getting dehidrated so just because of that i had to miss almost a whole week of work and my boss was kind of upset with me because of that. When i went back to work almost a week after i still had diarrhea and i wasnt working comfortable it was one of the worst experience i ever had at a restaurant. I need to know if there is any legal bulding or what should i do ? Or whi i need to talk to before i talk to the board of health about this because i am still struggling with stomach pain and i might have to go back to the doctor i just feel something in my stomach and at night it hurts when i lay down.
