While I have your ear: Can You Answer why when look on all the SNAP sites I only get monthly $16 SNAP on my account and look every websites it shows I should get more monthly Your office also has me at $1500 SSD when its $1390 SSD I have no idea where that higher amount came from. Ive been trying to get my stamps for me and children for over two months now. I am currently enrolling into the fall semester at South Central Louisiana Young Memorial Campus in Morgan City Louisiana. Ive been unemployed with no cash on hand with two children. I'm writing this message as a complaint about my application to receive Kinsdhip Care assistant for my five grandchildren who have been living with me and my husband for the past ten years or longer. After an interview with an worker on 10/26/18 she told me what kind of information I needed to send in. This was on a Friday so the next Monday, 10/29/18 I immediately faxed in the information to the fax number she gave me and DI also uploaded all the information to the online portal. Now today I go to the portal to check my application status and it says DENIED because I failed to submit certification information. This information was supposed to be submitted by 11/8/18. Can someone please tell me how this is possible. I also called in on 11/8/18 to make sure all my information was submitted and the rep told me she saw all my verifications on the portal. I really do not understand what is going on. PLEASE HELP.
