History
The Cheesecake Factory was opened in the year 1978 by Three people namely Evelyn Overton, Oscar Overton and David Overton. The chain has nearly 175 casual dining restaurants including 165 are operated under its own brand name, i.e. 'Cheesecake Factory' while nine is under the name of 'Grand Lux Cafe brand' and one is RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen brand'. On the other hand, the Cheesecake Factory also manages two bakery manufacturing locations in Calabasas and Rocky Mount. The factory also operates Express food service operation inside the DisneyQuest. The products of casual dining restaurant chain are also available in the various cafes and Barnes and Noble, a largest bookseller of the United States.
