For a year now I have been asking the Keswick Store of booths when they are going to phase out (black, therefore unrecyclable)plastic straws, knives and forks. Eventually I phoned Customer Services to ask about this. A rather sniffy person said they had a team working on this. When I asked how long it was anticipated that the team would take, no answer was forthcoming. I pointed out that many other supermarkets had found alternatives that must be cost-effective and that it didn't reflect well on booths reputation as a responsible and concerned enterprise. Made to feel I was wasting their time. Very unsatisfactory and a poor customer interface experience.
