Dear sir, i have placed an order number 100303493. When i received my order that was no according to my specification. After that telephonic conservation with your representative MR. Jehangir i returned that parcel to your good office for replacement. After that i received a TCS tracking No. 772124727546 as on. 14-11-2016, when i inquired that number From TCS courier, they replied me that suject parcel was delivered HYDERABAD rather than SIALKOT. Such a nonsense service provided by your office. After that i again approch your good office, but again invain. Now almost 15 days over right not, but i have not yet received my parcel. You are requested look into the matter on urgent basis. Otherwise i shall be free to file a suit against your attitude and a nonsense service.
