You know as a customer I'm am NOT a happy one. I should be able to change my payment date using automatic payment pay. Now the payment date is NOT working for me and I am NOT interested in a later date. Why is it so hard to change a Damn payment date? If my payment date could be moved from the 9th to the 3rd I would be happy, but number This bank is the WORST Damn bank I have ever dealt with. You people do NOT work with your customers at all. I cannot wait to either pay off my car or rid of you idiots by selling my car I have. Maybe if you worked with your customers instead of against them, then maybe you would have more business. I can tell you that in the future I will NOT ever do business with you people ever again.

Bmo harris has created me fees at my other bank do to improperly doing a cash advance from my other bank. I have done these transactions for seven years. I am on disability and cant afford that loss. I have tried for three hours to get resolved and refused the corporate number to contact you. I have bee lied to by branch manager and teller manager an d your call center cant help with this, this is my last attempt before going to nbc news asking the question "is your bank stealing from you". You may call me at 224-508-5515 for more details, please call me, I do not think that bmo harris wants to be in the news with how their policies work/dont work. Also how the branch and call center are ignorant/not trained on having to deal with this situation and just say whatever to silence the customer. Is this the rep that you really want out there?.

All your corporate numbers that you allow to be searched always goes to 1-888-340-2265, this is not a corporate number, it is a call center only why are you afraid of customers reaching you when the branch and call center cant, no one can give a number, why?.
