I have been a bcaa Member for decades however when I needed to get my vehicle home from Whitehorse I was advised by bcaa that it would cost $6, 000. Since the largest auto haulers in western Canada quotes were half that amount or less. What was the value of being a bcaa Member?
Seems more like a 100% markup by bcaa over commercial services. In the end, a family in Anmore, B. C. and I worked out an arrangement. I would drive their vehicle south, towing my vehicle on a tow dolly. They saved +$2, 000 US to have their vehicle shipped from Fairbanks, Alaska to Seattle for retrieval and I got mine home for U-haul $233 Cdn (incl. $10, 000 insurance) and extra fuel for the tow. Key thing. bcaa was of no practical help whatsoever.
