Dear Baclays
I tried calling your help line that comes with a text message, but the trafic is too long and charges continue even when the call is waiting for a a customer service person on the line. What I want to ask here will be public and therefore will not ask can i get a phone line that will go through once. I am on roaming and the charges are too high.
