I keep receiving messages giving me a heads up to avoid late payment fees. I have a standing order set up and it has already been taken from my bank account on 4th Nov. I have just gone through by bank details and I think it is going to my old card ending in 5001 not 4009.

This problem started in Nov. 2019, when a Barclay employee did not process my monthly payment correctly. I was charged interested and later charges. I discovered this issue in early Dec. 2019, calling Barclay to get the issue corrected. After several weeks the issue was corrected. Starting early Jan. 2020 I started receiving letter from Barclay informing me that they are unable complete my payment request at this time, (4 letters as of Jan 13, one of the letter started the wrong amount of money started in my initial investigation request on Dec. six 2019. I am tired of talking with call center personnel all over the world, that really do not care about my problems, the are programd to give the same response. I will be filing a complaint with JetBlue on this issue.
