Sirs, I wish to bring to your notice a bitter experience I had at BMH the other day. On Thursday the 5th April 2018 as per the directive of Dr I took my patient for CT Scan (at -2 floor). After having done the CT Scan, and after the permissible time I approached the desk / counter attached to the CT Scan for the Report. I told them that my Dr is waiting in his cabin for the Report. The staff at the counter told me that it is already uploaded in the System and that Dr can see it on his PC screen. As I got this response, I straightway went to the Dr with my patient. But I could realise that I was befooled by the staff at the counter as nothing was uploaded in his system and I had to cut a sorry figure before him. I left for my home at Mahe. The next day morning (i. E. On 6th April 2018) I again had to come all the way from Mahe to Calicut to get the Report and see the Dr for his further advice. Such attitude of staff at the counter is really rediculous. My advice to the authorities is to educate your staff at such counters NOT to misguide the people approaching them and also to be co-operative and customer-friendly.
