Hello. I own a 2011 Honda Odyssey. We have had my vehicle at several mechanics and no one could figure it out and so i had to take it to a honda dealership to have them read it. NOW THEY WANT $3700. 00 to fix. We found out that it is a very common problem with honda odysseys. After waiting weeks for an answer. They tell us they cant help us cover it. Also they are seriously Price Gouging on the parts. I showed a mechanic and he was so surprised what they were charging for parts. I AM SO MAD AT THEM AND SO UPSET FOR THEIR AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Recently brought in my 2019 Honda CRV LX to Smail Honda Village in Greensburg, PA for 15, 000 service. They noted that my tires Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 422 plus needed to be replaced. Further they checked recent Honda notice that a prorate on this particular tire was available. Looks like at about 50% considering my mileage, but Unfortunately to get prorate they have to be replaced with the same tire. Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 422 Plus. I then did a review of the performance for this tire. Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 422 Plus in Bridgestone site, Tire Rack site and Google. All of these sites have this tire rated at two stars out of five with significant problems noted for slipping on curves, hydroplaning on wet roads, poor snow traction and poor mileage. This surely doesn't seem to be an adequate replacement for the prorate calculation. I therefore request that the $304 prorate that I would be eligible for if I replaced with same tire. $148 normal price per tire less $74 or $74 per tire times four tires = $288 plus $16 tax = $304 value be returned to me so that I can apply to needed replacement tires. I have a 2018 Honda CRV which I love or have loved until the paint issue. Dealers here in Sarasota, FL would not cover paint issue as they claim someone painted over the hood, before I purchased it. Therefore, not Honda paint job. I maintain that someone painted over it because the hood obviously had a paint issue which was original Honda paint. The Sarasota dealership did give me the name of the company they use for Honda paint issues. They did a great job and have five year warranty, but charged me $350 cash. I have since found a facebook page regarding Honda paint and customers unhappiness. So this is not a new issue for Honda. I am requesting that you refund my $350. Sincerely, Brenda Boynton.
