HE MADE A REPORT THAT HE NEEDED TO MAKE SOME MODIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO FIX THE LEAK WHICH HE DIDN'T DO. ALL THE GENTLEMAN DID WAS COME TO CRITICIZE MY HOME AND INSULT MY WIFE. I CALL AMERICAN HOME SHIELD TO MAKE A COMPLAIN AND TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO THEM BUT ALL I GET IS NOTHING BUT EXCUSES THESE ARE THE WORDS 1. YOUR MONEY IS GOING BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. 2. YOU ARE BEING TRANSFER TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE HANGS THE LINE IN ME. 3. WE CANT SEND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM WHICH I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF. 4. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHE ANSWER'S WITH I CAN'T GIVE THAT NUMBER CAUSE I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT. THEN I ASKED A QUESTION, I'M PAYING MONTHLY INSURANCE TO YOU AND ALL YOU ARE DOING IS TAKING MY MONEY AND DON'T FIX ANY THING THAT I HAVE CALL FOR BUT YA'LL TAKING MY MONEY SHE ANSWER YES YOU ARE CORRECT. I TOLD HER I'M GOING TO CANCEL SHE ANSWER WITH WE STILL HAVE OTHER COMING IN. I TRIED CALLING CORPORATE AND THE LINE HANGUP. WITH THIS I HOPE I GET A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE TELLING ME THAT I'M GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND NOT TO CANCEL.
