Good afternoon, having received the second letter from Parking Eye for two different incidents this year I have to inform you that I will never ever shop at Aldi again, I live locally to the Gosport store and therefore have parking where I live so have no need to leave my car for more than ten minutes whilst I buy a couple of heavy items. I now intend to contact other people in this predicament and ask them to boycott Aldi stores. The stress and effort required to sort out something like this is ridiculous and cannot be beneficial to Aldi sales or customer support, Kind regards Simon Powell 07891 038178 simonleighpowell@gmail.com.

This is not a complaint, but a suggestion, I live in Cyprus and here we have many Lidl stores, but no Aldi. I live in an area with only one local supermarket and feel that there is a good opportunity for an Aldi store because to get to an area with more choice of stores it is a forty minute drive. We have many European residents as well as Cypriots who would welcome an Aldi store.

Recently my mother and I shopped at you Chichester store. Due to my mother being partially disabled we were longer in your store by ten minutes than the parking allows. Due to this fact a parking ticket was issued and although my mother contested this she is still expected to pay the fine, in fact they are more interested knowing who was the driver so they can pay the fine than why she felt the time allowed was not long enough for her to do her weekly shop and of her condition, sometimes of which she can manage depending on her state of health on that day. I am disgusted with discrimination this has displayed and feel that you should look into these facts. She also wrote to the store to which she has yet to receive a response and therefore due to all of the combined facts we feel that we are no longer able to shop at your store. I look forward to your response on this matter, but with the lack of customer service response we have received form your company do not expect much.

To ALDI To all at Aldi, We need an ALDI in Brackley Northamtonshire uk. Why have you not built one here, every where else has got one except for us. Towcester, Buckingham, Banbury, Bicester, but not Brackley. This is a growing town for houses, but not supermarkets, I think your top people should look into this. Many thanks N. Allen .

Hello, on Thursday, 16th, April. I spoke to one of your managers at your Gosport store in Hampshire about coronovirus social distancing in the store. I suggested she speak to "Head Office" about the system they have in the Tesco store in Fareham. Which is stick on arrows on the floor directing customers up one isle and down the other. At the checkout they have a line on the floor going across all the checkouts with arrows and social distancing marks directing people to the checkout. )similar to marks you have outside the store). She thanked me for my feedback, said "she would pass it on". She may or may not do this, hence the "e" mail. These measures would cost your company some money, but it would keep staff and customers safe. I normally do all my shopping at ALDI, but now I have to go TESCO, because they have a safer system, so your store is losing my custom and money. I bet I am not the only Aldi fan who feels like this. Do the maths. I thank you in anticipation of reading my "e" mail and following my suggestions. Regards, John.
