ALTAGAS
as I understand your mandate. It is to look into alberta public companies that do not treat or inform their shareholers fair;y. Via telephone about a week ago I spoke with a lady from your commission. As a shareholder I compained about the lack of information regarding the abrupt resignation of ceo last july 25 and asked her to followup please
Today another bombshell that the company had transferred most of the asset to a new entity. The price of the stock has been on a downward spiral since. And no information to me, as a shareholder. I would appreciate if the commission would excerise its mandate and investigate these potentially illegal events. Thank you
respectfully
Joseph Morra 4168265531.

The phone call was my complaint that because the altagas has given NO information surrounding the july 25 th resignation of the CEO. ……. The stock price continued downward. Perhaps, I guess if one knowingly kept mum about it, and knowing that no information released would have a depressing effect on the stock price. One may illegally profit from that somehow.
