Hi i am the AG mobile customer i am using a contract phone from last year December 2015. Now i am facing a problem with a phone it doesn't charge even if I put it on the charger it doesn't pick up the percents so I do not know what to do cos i am still on contract. Can you please help.

Hi I was wondering if you could assist me. I got an ag tablet as a gift and that person bought it at jabulani mall and I am located in johannesburg south. I tried taking it back to pep cell south gate, but they couldn't help because of the slip issue could you please help me my phone is broken and I had it in much it a battery problem.

Good day i send email on the 24/5/2016, 25/05/2016, 26, 25/2016 and up til now no responds my phone is barred and i cant use it. AG get there monthly debt order every month. I want to use my phone so please unbarred my phone.

I received a cellular phone from AG Mobile (AG Ghost) supposedly top of the range. However, not even a month later, the phone froze and i could do nothing with the phone. I called and emailed and also spoke to your consultants, but up until today, no feedback was received. I threw the phone away because I purchased a new phone because the ag cellular was useless. However, every month a double payment of R349 is deduducted from my bank account and i refuse to pay for something that i had no use of. Please stop debiting my account because i was unable to use the phone. If you are going to replace the phone, by all means, i wont hesitate to pay, but i will not pay for a phone that was of no use to me and which i do not have anylonger because you did not respond or collect the faulty phone. Please do get in contact with me as soon as possible.

How on earth does one get hold of ag mobile? I need to make insurance claim on chrome ultra, but cant get to ag at numbers found on internet. Please sent me contacts that work please.
