Round Rock Christian Academy was established in the year of 1975 as King David's Children center and as a Ministry of West Side Baptist Church. The organization started its early childhood programs that are licensed by the State of Texas. The total enrollment was 58 students in kindergarten through fifth grade with various multi graded classrooms in that time. The West Side Baptist church was merged with Northeast Baptist Church and changed its name to Central Baptist Church and the school was renamed as Central Baptist Academy. The school board was voted to change the school name to Round Rock Christian Academy. Today the academy has over five hundred students provision in kindergarten through twelfth grade.
