The aim of The Rajiv Aarogyasri Community Health Insurance Scheme (RAS) is to achieve "Health for All" within the state. Secretary, Trustees, Chief Executive Officer (IAS Officer), and the Chief Minister of the state jointly manage the functioning of the Aarogyasri Health Care Trust. The scheme is funded by the state government and helps to pay a portion of the medical expenses.
