Never ever go to this UPS location, Girl that works here is an extremely rude idiot. I am from the US, I sent someone on my behalf to go to UPS at this location to inquire about rates for me. The girl that works at this location is clearly big time IDIOT, my friend was trying to get a quote for shipping a lotion for me that she obtained from the Pharmacy, this lotion is NOT a prescription lotion. And the girl at the UPS store insisted that she needs a prescription for it. HOW CAN I GET A PRESCRIPTION FOR THIS FROM THE DOCTOR IF THIS ITEM DOES NOT REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION MY FRIEND ASKED HER FOR HER NAME AND SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER NAME She was extremely rude. I am posting this complaint here and also on several other review sites and then I will forward all these complaints posted to UPS head office so they can see this. I hope she gets fired because she does NOT know what she's doing and she's extremely rude. She puts a very bad image on UPS.
