Hello. I have booked three separate tickets for four family members to fly with SAS from Stockholm to Miami on Nov 7-16th. One ticket (LKHGTY) for Mr. Christian Eliasson was paid with cash directly from SAS. The other three people are booked on two Aeroplan bookings. Ms Stella Eliasson (T9Q26Y) is booked alone, but is only five years old. Please seat her with her family. The mother, Camilla Thorn and Stellas's sister, Lovis Eliasson are booked on SAS booking reference nr TAYRH9. FYI; Lovis is only three years old. Aeroplan has cross-referenced the three tickets )please confirm that it is done), but can unfortunately not book their seats together. Can you please help me with that? Somewhere in the front or middle of the plane please. Thank you for letting me know. Did Aeroplan book childrens meals for Lovis and Stella?

Before starting my trip to Greece, one of my returning connections was cancelled. I left Athens on the 25th of September, and landed in Chicago on the same date. I had to stay overnight at a hotel for which SAS provided me with a voucher. However, to reach the hotel which did not have shuttle service I had to hire a taxi. I have the receipt of the fare as well as another receipt for the following day's ride back to the airport. I would like to submit my receipt for reimbursement. Please advise me as to how I need to proceed.

Dear Sir:
I wish to bring to your attention that I was the passenger on Flight no SK 926 Washington IAD-CPH. My seat No. Was 25A. I had left my Samsung S6 cellphone inside the pocket in front of the seat. Since I had only 45 minutes left to take the second flight SK 751 to Warsaw I was unable to go back to the Aircraft to take my cell phone. Please advise how I can collect my cell phone. I am reaching Copenhagen on Flt SK752 on 6/5/19. And taking the connecting flight to Washingtion IAD on SK 925. I have only one hour lay over at CPH. (not enough time). Would it be possible to send the Phone on Flight SK925 to Wasington IAD. I can collect my phone from the crew. Please advise.
