I applied for a free Qlink phone on October 15, 2017. I was given an enrollment I'd/confirmation number Was told to cancel my safelink phone in order to get a qlink phone, upon doing so, my safelink minutes were not renewed on the 1st of November. I am now not able to use my safelink phone, as I have no airtime, and the only message I get from a recording on safelink is"they are revising my application for approval and it should take 3-4 business days" This has been the same since Oct. 16th. My confirmation number Is: 45430714.
