Have tried to send package from Tomich, Inverness-shire, Scotland to St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies. Package sent on 18/01/2019; package arrived 31/03/2019. This after an unauthorized change of address on the package. NETHERLANDS ANTILLES was changed into NETHERLANDS. Having complained on the matter with Royal Mail - UK, I received their response stating:
That all mail from UK to St. Maarten, Nerth. Antilles was sent to St. Maarten, The Netherlands for their further handling. This to me is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Please explain how this is possible. Especially seen the fact that I receive on many occasions mail from the St. Maarten Pensipnfund indicaqting that they have never received my mailed copy of lawyers letter proving my living status. Result was on sarious occasions that received my pension months after due dates
