I have a phonak behind the ear (BTE) hearing aid. It has given me the best service for the price I had paid about $4, 000. I need to get a new pair, but waiting medicare provider to provide this service in 2019. That is I have to wait about a month into 2019. My service provider is Kim D. Miller, Texas Health Care P. L. L. C 1250 8th Ave. Suite 205 Fortworth, TX 76104 P: 817-335-8151 104. She said that she does not have the software to update my hearing aid. My question is as the volume is low and I need to boost it with her new reading, is it possible for me to send you my left side hearing aid and her new chart and update it so that I can wait to get my new phonak hearing aid in January. I have a BTE phonak hearing aid which needs software update. My Audiologist told me that she does not have the software to update the database and I have to get new pairs. I have to wait until the new Medicare -Horizon, kicks in around January 2019. I need to have the update as the volume in the given spectrum is low and am having hearing problems. Can I send my left ear BTE and update it to the specs. Of the right year and then wait for the approval to get my new phonak BTE hearing aid. I have the chart created by Ms Kim D. Miller, Audiologist, Texas Health care P. L. L. C, Ph: 817-335-8151, 1250 8th Ave, Suite 205, Ft. Worth TX 76104. Please advice and give me the mailing address to send the instrument. Thanks,
