Very confusing. When packages are sent they go to The UPS Store in Clackamas. Yet, my son receives the e-mail. His is not even my name or address. I never receive a call or any type of email message when product arrives at UPS Store. Now I find out that pfister typed in my e-mail incorrectly. They changed today. Case/ Tracking 201808713359. My product was returned to you, yet no one let me know. I have now been unable to use my kitchen sink for over a month. The first parts did not correct the problem so I was told they would ship the entire faucet unit. I am currently washing my dishes outside and rinsing them in my shower. Veryinconvenient. I was assured that it would be expedited today/Fri 8-3-18. Now I get info that it will be 48 hours before they can process my photo of the faucet. I hope it will be here by Fri 8-10-18 as men from church are coming over to install it. Stressful (I'm 70 with Stage IV cancer). I hope this is resolved by Friday. I have the Marielle 34 Series. I have a 4-hole sink as I purchased a water spickette(sp?), also. Regards, M. Sweet.
