Norm Thompson originally 'Norm Thompson Outfitters' is an American fashion retailer that specializes in sale of clothing and other fashion products through mail orders. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Orchard Brands. The company product line includes clothing products for men, women and kids including shirts, jackets, dresses, skirts, pants and jeans, sleepers, jewelry, tops and sweaters, furniture, gadgets, kitchen accessories and gift items.

The company was established in the year 1949 with the efforts of Norman Anchor Thompson, Sr. after whom it was named. The business was started by Norm Thompson as a business to sell homemade flies for fly-fishing. Initially, it was a mail order business that sells only fly-fishing items and later with the success of the business included the other categories, such as furniture, apparels in its business line. In the year 1988, the company opened its retail outlet in Portland and gave it the name 'Cracker Barrel'.
