The child support program that provides financial assistance to the child by the parents in case of divorce, annulment, martial separation and dissolution of marriage. The organization is completely owned by the government of New York, United States. Child Support Services
The Child support program offers various services like support collection service, location investigation, cost of living adjustment, paternity establishment, support enforcement courts based & administrative process, financial investigation, medical support establishment and enforcement. The custodial parents are charged with $25 annually for the service. The Paternity Establishment law allows the unmarried parents to establish the paternity by petitioning a court to determine paternity and by signing a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity form.
Child Support Program Operations
The enforcement program was started in the year 1975 as Title-IV D social security Act. The law was formed for enforcement, establishment of child support and establishment of paternity. The Child Support Enforcement program works in two laws which consist of State Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) and Local Child Support Enforcement Units (CSEU). The State Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) provides various services including operating a statewide computer system, monitoring & assessing performance levels, administering program funding, providing centralized services, issuing regulations, policies and procedures. The Local Child support Enforcement Units (CSEU) offers creating computerized case files, administering support collections, accessing information from government agencies, providing legal services, initiating location searches, issuing subpoenas for information and monitoring cases to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
I send all the paper work to have my case review by child support unit, they send it back, but I have not received, I call and they told me that they need a letter from the IRS SAYING THAT I DIT NOT FILE TAXES FROM 1999 TO DATE, BUT I DID FILE TAXES ON SOME OF THOSE YEARS BEFORE I BECAME DISSABLE, I CALL THE IRS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY GO BACK 20 YEARS, TO 2000, I ALSO CALL THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE FOR A DETAIL OF MY CONSTRIBUTIONS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL COST ME ABOUT 91 DOLLARS AND TO CERTIFY IT ANOTHER 31 DOLLARS, AND THAT IT WILL TAKE (4) MONTHS TO GET IT, RIGHTNOW I DON'T HAVE THE NONEY TO PAID FOR IT, I'M GOING TO ASK MY SISTER TO HELP ME WITH THE MONEY, PLEASE GIVE ME A CHANCE TO GET THOSE DOCUMENTS AND SEND THEM TO YOU, Darinel H Almonte VS GRECIA RODRIGUES CASE.

I have been calling for over a month, when i get tru they put me on hold and afer an hour it get diconected, i ask for a deview of my case to the ny child support, and some one by the name of MR: Z call me and ask me to supply with additional proof, of social security and IRS detail income from 1999 to 2020, i payd the IRS 120 dollars for the paper work, they told me it will take 120 days to get the letter, i sent MR: Z a letter containin the social security information, and told him that the paper work from the irs will thake 120 days, i have not yet receive any confirmation from your office stating that you got my letter nor can get in touch with you, like i told him, i am a disable person with brain tumors and will like to pay a visit to my famly grave special my father, before a i pass, from wath i look like its not going to happen, i owed child support arrear, but you guys take it automatic from my social secuty, that mean that no mather if i am in U. S. Or any where you still get your money, i have a family of six including three undergae childrens, and with 552 dollars a months that i get from social security and food stamps i most support them, no matter if noting to eat some times, please take a look at my case and help me please.
