Good Morning, I am in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I subscribe to the digital version of The Chronicle Herald newspaper. For the last few days when I try to sign into the paper via Firefox it will not come up. However, when I sign in via Microsoft Edge I can get it. The only change I see on my computer is that the Windows Defender icon on the task bar has a yellow warning triangle even though there does not seem to be a problem with it. I normally sign into the paper via my webmail email account.

I have used firefox for 15 years and always thought it the best, however the one problem I have always fought is the lack of or difficultly in finding an answer to any problems I encounter. This has become so frustrating that I now find it time to delete your browser and rely on Microsofts browser as I find it much easier to obtain answers. Hi, I installed Firefox recently and I get "Enter master password" all the time popping down. When I enter the password and hit okay it drops it down again and again. When I want to safe a page it drops done, I enter it and nothing, but the window popes down again without saving any of my pages. Seriously a pain finding all my passwords and now have to memorize them. Any suggestions. I was thinking of deleting Firefox and re-installing it.

For the many months now, I have not enjoyed using Firefox. When enter a website in the search box, it doesn't bring me to it. Instead, it just performs a search. More irritating, is anytime I am on a site and click on anything. It could be a data drop-down box, or selecting a link on the site, it opens up a new window that just keeps trying to load, but never does because Firefox prevents it from loading. I cannot copy past the web address for some reason, but this is the beginning of the address that is trying to load: rawdws.com/scz?[= Once I close that and go back to the tab I was trying to use, links and boxes work fine. But each and every time I try to utilize a page this happens. It's quite annoying. I have played with settings, trying to determine what might be the cause of the problem, but have had no success.
