I'm sending this message on the format because questions raised during three calls to your customer service department could not be answered to my satisfaction. On December 6th I pre-ordered the Juice pack case for my Iphone seven plus (order2870585)I called to inquire on the shipping date and was told at the time of my call it would 3-4 weeks and was also informed to check back at a later date because it could be much shorter, I checked back and was then told the shipping time was 1-2 weeks and again I was informed to check back which I did your website now reads item leaves warehouse in 5-7 days when I questioned this I was informed that the item in question is not even in the warehouse and no other shipping information is available at this time my problem is simple when someone clicks on to purchase this item their credit card is charged right away and they are under the assumption that the item will leave the warehouse in 5-7 days this is a false and misleading statement and according to the Federal Trade Commission this is illegal I'm now looking for answers from someone on the Corporate Level why in fact this false and misleading practice is being allowed by your sales staff Sincerely James Cunningham .
