I wish to change my regular order, however when I log into the new website it asks me to change the password each time, I do this and then the system tells me that I do not have a regular order. Please can you cancel the grapefruit juice orders x two with immediate effect?

Since your website change things have not gone well I now have to pay weekly instead of monthly AND we have had several "mess ups" on delivery ?
We have just returned from a supermarket with one litre of milk BUT your milkman has delivered (about 13. 00 hrs.) our usual two pints
Delivery time should be before 09. 45 hrs

In the middle of last week I changed my requirements from two pints Monday Weds. And Friday to two Monday and Weds, but three on Friday. Last Friday although I only received two pints, on 27/4 I was charged for 3. Yet another example of your Company's inept admin. Letting down your highly efficient milkmen As I am aware that your Company do not appear to have staff capable of replying to emails or in writing please phone me A. S. A. P. Sir it is with deep regret that I must cancel my contract with you
this is due to the appalling service I got from you when you failed to deliver my milk on Tuesday in spite of being given assurances that it would be delivered that day I spent the whole day without milk and when I rang the next day there was no explanation in spite of the fact that the local depot was informed
and it was not worth bothering about John Dibdin .
