Maryland Board of Nursing Contact number, Address, Customer Service

I renewed by RN Nursing license January of 2017. I was unaware that I was to have a criminal history fingerprint completed. I did not receive any information or packet in the mail concerning this procedure. Can not reach you at both of your two numbers for four hours. I have been a practicing RN For 34yrs. I have never had any disciplinary measures with the board of nursing. Nor have I ever been convicted of a felony. Am I to assume that I no longer have a nursing license? Would appreciate a response. Thank you, Sandra Mattiello .
