To whom it may concern,
I ordered your 20 th Ann. Set and told the girl to make sure that the delivery person require my signature as I have had several things removed from my porch and am home I was told they would. They did not My husband found it on 4/4/18. When I called in to complain I spoke to Sebastian. He was wonderful and so helpful. He told me they did deliver it on 4/3/18. I was upset as things disappear from our rent house we are living in. I told him I was also upset as the advertisement said the bottles would be. 55 bottles instead of. 25. Sebastian, trying to rectify the situation as I really was interested in learning and trying it. Sebastian told me he would sent me another two and three as well as a bottle of primer for inconvenience. He was so nice. It has been a week and I do not have the products

I just tried for 15mins to cancel my membership, the young man on the other end of the line, was rude, ignorant and would not let me speak. Your customer service is horrific My membership in cancelled. Please do not send any more products, I am inundated with them. Please train your staff to respect the customer. No is not understand by them
